18 July, Athens – Algosystems SA proudly announced the acquisition of Cisco Technical Services Delivery Validation Advanced Certification. With this achievement, Algosystems can provide “Partner Lifecycle Services Support (PLS-Support)”, which reinforces its high-quality service and partner customer success.

Partner Lifecycle Services – Support (PLS-Support) is the first set of services within the “Cisco PLS Program” that enables eligible certified partners to brand and deliver the same level of support as “Cisco Solution Support”, expanding the scope of service delivery and strengthening customer relationships. The benefits of PLS support go beyond basic support in solving specific hardware or software problems. Its holistic scope means it is ideal for heterogeneous, multi-vendor user environments built from interconnected software, hardware and devices.

Algosystems saw the need for and importance of lifecycle services to partners and decided to invest in enhanced service delivery. The company created a branded dedicated procedure for the handling of PLS Support Cases, called AlgoCare360. AlgoCare360 was developed to centralize and streamline the technical support experience by providing first-call multi-product and multi-vendor architecture support for Cisco and adjacent technologies. New F5 partnership will enhance Algosystems’ multi-cloud application security capabilities.
