NOC Engineer
About the Role
As a NOC Engineer, you will be part of a motivated team whose goal is to ensure our customers’ access networks are secure and operational. You will need to be comfortable being part of the first line operation team and complying with defined procedures. Finally, this role includes day and night shifts as our NOC services include 24*7 coverage
Key Responsibilities
- Closely monitor customers’ networks and systems equipment
- Respond promptly to alarms, diagnose and resolve faults effectively
- Collect data and escalate incidents within a targeted timeframe
- Implement customer change requests
- Issue tickets to vendors and/or internal technical teams, and follow up until closure
- Carry out routine network performance checks and maintenance tasks
- Maintain documentation and network inventory records
Qualifications and Work Experience
- Bachelor degree in Telecommunications, Networks, or relevant field
- Prior working experience within NOC will be considered a plus
- Familiar with NMS tools will be considered a plus
- Proficient in English and Greek
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
