Unified Access

The Interamerican insurance company decided, in the context of upgrading its services, to appoint Algosystems to implement a wireless network in 23 branchesin order to provide wireless connection to its insurers, as well as the use of web-based applications over the internet.

The implementation includes 80 Cisco Meraki Access Points, Cisco routers and URL Filtering capabilities through Cisco Cloud Web Security (CWS) solution, providing control and security while users are browsing on the internet.

Also, at the company’s headquarters a WiFi network based on Cisco Access Points and Wireless Controllers was implemented.

Generali, aiming to provide high quality services to its customers, commissioned Algosystems to upgrade its telephone network. The new network was implemented using Cisco Unified Communications technology (Communication Manager, Contact Center), UC Infrastructure for IM & Presence, Video Conferencing as well as with the implementation of Call Recording solution. The solution supports users of all main buildings (400 telephone users and 30 contact center users).

The well-known Colgate Palmolive, a multinational consumer goods company, commissioned Algosystems to design, supply and implement the wireless network of its facilities in Athens.

The solution chosen to meet the wireless interconnection requirements of the specific site was based on Cisco Access Points and Cisco Wireless Controllers while 70 access points were used.

Metropolitan Hospital ranks among the country’s top hospitals with state-of-the-art facilities and advanced technological equipment, providing its services since 2001.

Within the context of the hospital’s proper operation and the support of patients in its premises, Algosystems was commissioned the installation of wireless communication systems. For the creation of the wireless network of Metropolitan, Cisco equipment and software were used.

KAFKAS is the top-selling Greek company in the field of electrical equipment, lighting, industry, energy solutions and technology.

Wishing to upgrade its wireless access infrastructure, KAFKAS commissioned Algosystems to design and supply a wireless access solution consisting of Access Points, WiFi Controller and Network Access Control software (Cisco ISE).

In addition, Algosystems has supplied and configured cloud-based wireless networking equipment, consisting of Cisco Meraki Access Points with corresponding licenses for three years, aiming at seamless wireless access to the corporate network and the Internet for users and customers of KAFKAS.
